Carpet Cleaning with a difference

There are many things that set us apart from others in the carpet cleaning industry.
Future-Now Carpets
  • Move furniture as necessary to ensure maximum area cleaned.
  • Pre-vacuum carpets to be cleaned (we use a hepa quality vacuum to ensure we remove as much from the carpets and home as possible)
  • Pre-treat for stains if necessary
  • Hand scrub edges along baseboards
  • Remove stains
  • Clean carpets
  • Carpet protectant and deodorizer are part of our service (no additional cost)
  • Dry carpets (we use air movers to speed up the process)
  • Re-vacuum carpets
  • Put back moved furniture
  • Ask client to take a moment to inspect all areas worked to ensure satisfaction
  • Collect payment (same price at the end as was discussed at the beginning)
  • Encourage client to use and enjoy the areas cleaned immediatly
Traditional Carpet Cleaning
  • Clean around furniture left in rooms if not moved by customer
  • Clean carpets
  • Stain removal (Extra Charge)
  • Apply protectant to carpets (Extra Charge)
  • Deodorize Carpets (Extra Charge)
  • Ask customer if they are happy (wet carpets usually look good at the time)
  • Collect payment (Price will vary depending on how many add ons the customer agreed to)
  • Request customer stay off of carpets as much as possible until the carpets have a chance to dry (48-72 hours)
  • Suggest that the customer give the carpets a good vacuuming once they are dry
  • Customer can put items that are moisture sensitve back on the floor once the carpets are dry
  • Under furniture legs the cleaner will have put some protectors to keep the furniture legs from staining the carpet due to it being wet.  It's the customers responsibility to lift their furniture and remove them once the carpets are dry.
